Conduct initial meetings with Company to understand their vision, brand identity, specific needs, and any special requirements for the project.
Visit and assess the existing office space. Document measurements, existing architectural features, lighting conditions, and any structural considerations.
Develop a design concept that aligns with Company's brand and values. This should include mood boards, color schemes, and inspiration images.
Create a floor plan that optimizes the use of space, considering workstations, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and collaborative spaces. Ensure efficient traffic flow and compliance with building codes.

Select materials and finishes that complement the design concept and meet the durability and maintenance requirements of a commercial space. Include flooring, wall coverings, paint colors, and any specialized finishes.
Plan for technology infrastructure including electrical outlets, data ports, AV equipment, and any specialized systems required by Company.
Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design elements where possible. This may include energy-efficient lighting, recycled materials, and sustainable furniture options.
Ensure the design complies with accessibility codes and regulations. Provide solutions for accessible entrances, restrooms, and workstations.
Prepare a detailed budget that includes estimated costs for materials, furnishings, fixtures, labor, and any additional expenses. This should be presented in a clear and organized format.
Oversee the project from procurement to installation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Present the design proposal to Company, providing a comprehensive overview of the project. Use visual aids such as mood boards, floor plans, 3D renderings, and material samples.
After the presentation, submit a reflective report discussing the design process, challenges faced, solutions implemented, and how the design meets the client's needs.
